Studio with a separate entrance ava
We have a studio available on the first floor of the house with a separate entrance. A full bathroom and a kitchenette. It is available as unfurnished ($1,250) or fully furnished with an extra long twin bed ($1,550) per month. All utilities and WiFi internet access are included in the monthly rent.
Plenty of street parking is available. No washer/dryer in the unit but there is a laundromat within minutes.
