We are looking for someone in the OHSU community to fill a vacancy in our classic Portland home located in prime location next to the OHSU campus on Marquam Hill. The location and size of the house is perfectly suited for someone looking for affordable, quiet housing that is walking distance to the entire OHSU campus.

Room will be available starting December 15th.

Rent is $575 plus a flat utility rate of $75. This includes water, electricity, gas, fast wifi and weekly house cleaning by a professional cleaning service.

Total monthly payment: $650 for a one-year lease

Shorter lease terms are available for a higher monthly rate based on desired length of occupancy.
