Rent is $1,975/month. The $500 security deposit is already on file and transfers with the unit, so you don't have to come up with a new one.
Building amenities include a rooftop terrace with fire pit and grills, a fitness center with about a dozen free group classes a week, private coworking and quiet study rooms, a resident lounge with coffee bar, a game room, pet washing station, package lockers, secure entry, bike storage and a repair station, and EV charging. Garage parking is available for an additional monthly fee.
Location is good for getting around without a car: it's directly on the Willamette waterfront path, a short walk to the NW 11th & Northrup streetcar stop, and the streetcar runs straight down to PSU and connects to the South Waterfront and the OHSU tram. Grocery, gym, restaurants and coffee are all within a few blocks.
