The queen sized murphy bed is super comfy and there is a large 6-drawer dresser. The main living space includes a full kitchen, smart TV with streaming services, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dresser, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a mini-split system providing both heating and air conditioning.
The tiny house is ideal for one tenant but could accommodate up to two. It's especially well-suited for traveling nurses, medical professionals, and other working professionals seeking a very quiet, comfortable home base during their stay in Portland.
Guests enjoy their own private keypad access. Your tiny house door leads you to a little private area where you'll find a swinging bench for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A dedicated front parking space is available and there is additional street parking nearby. Laundry access is provided in the main house on a scheduled day each week.
We have a lot of beautiful trees around the home too which add to the beauty and also the home is situated on a horseshoe shaped street. We have the most warm and inviting neighbors who always want to help one another. This vibe is hard to find and we are so happy we can extend that to you too.

As a reminder the unit is attached to main home with sound proof walls so it is quiet. The charming tiny house is approx. 220 sq ft, with soaring 14 ft ceilings and four large skylights allowing the natural light to fill the space. The full bathroom has a custom designed tiled shower and green hexagon tiled floor, Murphy bed which can be kept down or put up, sofa, full kitchen, heating & AC, gorgeous hardwood floors. Located less than 5 mins from Hillsdale and the historic Multnomah Village, & easy bus access for those w/out car.
