It is small, has onsite con-op laundry, different L shaped layout, has storage (9' x 5') and free internet. It is wedged into an upstairs of an older house near the Safeway on NE Broadway. Has it's own entrance. It is a true apartment. Small bathroom. Standing stall bathroom shower. Tenant would pay for electricity. This is an old building and not a super polished space, but has a great location and price. Part of it's value is that it is close to downtown, parks, shopping and part of a historic neighborhood.

No parking, but plenty of street parking. Baseboard heating. Second floor, has a tall staircase to get to it. So if you have mobility concerns or limitations it likely would not work for you.
