I’m Dani, HIV RN @ OHSU Internal Med

My parents live in the SW Hills, about a 7-minute drive from Marquam Hill, and they have a really nice attached ADU. It’s a 1 bed / 1.5 bath with a full kitchen and in-unit laundry. It has heat and A/C. It’s 2 levels and I’d guess it’s around 1200 sq ft total.

They’re looking for someone to rent it for at least 12 months (start date is flexible), with the option to renew. Rent is $1,000/month and includes all utilities except WiFi (they have WiFi in the main house but it doesn’t work well in the ADU).

Part of the deal is occasional pet sitting while they travel. They have a very sweet (and a little dopey) 7 year old golden retriever named Hannah, and a super sweet 10-year-old cat named Phil. They’re both easy and lovable. Phil requires feeding once a day and daily litter box cleaning. He is indoor/outdoor. Hannah is fed breakfast, lunch, and dinner and needs to go for a walk every 5-6 hours during the day. They also have a fenced backyard that she can go out in. My parents are retired and like to travel, and they expect to be gone about 2–3 months total throughout the year (spread out),and would give plenty of notice for planning purposes.

They’re also really reasonable about work schedules and can help coordinate daytime dog walks with neighbors if needed.
