I have a furnished 1B/1B available to rent in a 2B/2B apartment. Room is available Sunday night, Monday night, Tuesday night and Wednesday night. Looking for a commitment of (minimum) 2 nights per week / 8 nights per month for at least 4 months. One adult, no overnight guests. Rate is $50 per night for bed/bath with access to kitchen. Currently have a RN staying Thursday-Saturday night. Background check, references and proof of income are required.

Room comes with a brand-new full-size mattress, bed and curtains (black out), shower curtains and bathmat purchased May/June 2025. Furniture is refinished vintage. Wi-fi and a window A/C during the ever-increasing hot months. Private bathroom has bath/shower combo. Unassigned off-street parking but there are plenty of spaces. You provide bed linens, bath towels, personal care products and food and drinks. Unable to accommodate animals.
