I have a furnished 1B/1B available to rent in a 2B/2B apartment. Room is available Sunday night, Monday night, Tuesday night and Wednesday night. Looking for a commitment of (minimum) 2 nights per week / 8 nights per month for at least 3 months. One adult, no overnight guests. Rate is $50 per night for bed/bath with access to kitchen. Currently have a RN staying Thursday-Saturday night. Background check, references and proof of income are required.

Room comes with a brand-new full-size mattress, bed and curtains (black out), shower curtains and bathmat purchased May/June 2025. Furniture is refinished vintage. Wi-fi and a window A/C during the ever-increasing hot months. Private bathroom has bath/shower combo. Unassigned off-street parking but there are plenty of spaces. You provide bed linens, bath towels, personal care products and food and drinks. Unable to accommodate animals.

This space is a personal light filled upstairs retreat with a comfortable bedroom, dedicated work space, a living area, and stylish bathroom all to yourself. This space is all yours and completely private. If you are a fan of cooking you also have shared access to our lovely eat in kitchen. Because this is an upstairs space in an older home it does not have a thermostat for temperature control. The space is supplied by the forced air HVAC system of the house. There is a portable heater and A/C unit. The space stays warm in winter and the A/C unit keeps it a reasonable temperature in the summer. The space also has some areas of low head room because of the style of roof.

You may book directly or on Airbnb. Rent is $1500 per month, month to month lease and a deposit of $1500. The location is Mt Tabor Neighborhood which is about 20 minutes to OHSU. It is an easy drive, bike ride, or take the FX2 bus.
