We have a quiet one bedroom one bathroom apartment in inner NE Portland Irvington for rent in a family owned tri-plex home. It is small, has onsite con-op laundry, different L shaped layout, has storage (9' x 5') and free internet. It is wedged into an upstairs of an older house near the Safeway on NE Broadway. Has it's own entrance. It is a true apartment. Small bathroom. Standing stall bathroom shower. Tenant would pay for electricity. Great tri-met access. This is an old building and not a super polished space, but has a great location and price.

No parking, but plenty of street parking. Baseboard heating. Second floor, has a tall staircase to get to it. So if you have mobility concerns or limitations it likely would not work for you.

Month to month. No pets and no smoking. Rent is $975.00 a month, deposit is $975 with $875 being refundable. Must pass background check.
