I have a furnished 1B/1B available to rent in a 2B/2B apartment. Room is available Sunday night, Monday night, Tuesday night and Wednesday night. Looking for a commitment of (minimum) 2 nights per week / 8 nights per month for at least 4 months. One adult, no overnight guests. Rate is $50 per night for bed/bath with access to kitchen.
