I'm in a very quiet, attractive neighborhood with a lot of Doug firs. It’s very close to I-5 and major bus lines and therefore is close to downtown, as well as SE and NE. Outside of morning and afternoon rush hours, downtown and the east side are only about 10-20 minutes away.
