My roommate is moving back to California after nursing school to be closer to her family and I’m looking to fill her room September 1st. It’s 859 square feet with 1.5 bath (with the half bath attached to my room which is the master.) So besides me using the shower, you essential have the bathroom to yourself. There’s a decent size living room, kitchen, storage space, and little balcony with a nice view on the second story.

Your rent would be $690, mine is $750. Utilities (PGE, Comcast) are roughly $80 though electricity fluctuates throughout the year. Garbage and water are included in rent. I do have one cat who is kinda particular so sadly it would be ideal if you did not have any pets. We’re a 5 minute drive to OHSU and Willamette Park and 10 minutes from downtown and PSU. There’s a bus stop a 5 minute walk away and a few grocery stores within a 10 minute drive. There’s free parking and on sight washer and dryer. There’s also a nice pool but due to covid it’s not open at the moment.

About me! I’m 26 and a nurse up at OHSU. I’m a feminist, LGBTQI supporting, believe Black Lives Matter, and anti Trump 😅 I would love if we had a “dry” house as I no longer drink. I do work night shift unfortunately so would ask that you respect the sound level during the day when I am sleeping between shifts. I went to OHSU’s nursing school so if you’re a student that woulda be great! I’m definitely an extrovert but love my solo time too. I love adventuring outside or staying in to cook dinner or watch a movie. I do have friends over occasionally and do spend a lot of time in the living room and kitchen. We don’t have to hang out all the time, but I would enjoy someone who’s open to sharing a home together, not just coming and going.

Amazing NW Location with Mt. Hood V
Amazing 1 bedroom apartment near NW 23rd, and 10 minute drive to OHSU with Mt. Hood Views! Seriously the best spot in Portland if you ask me:) If you are working night shifts it is extremely quiet during the day, and you get home to one of the most amazing sunrise views, which is always a great way to wind down after a crazy night.
