Bedroom: upstairs, unfurnished, slanted ceilings, lots of storage on the sides of the room. View of trees and the top of the carport.

$750/month rent (includes toilet paper, stove-side condiments, and some other household items) plus $50/month utilities equals total $800/month. (I charge the same amount every month even though my utility bills fluctuate seasonally. Sorry no discounts on utilities even if you are out of the house a lot or do some traveling.)

Move-in costs: $500 Deposit refundable upon move-out minus damages or cleaning charges (most people get the whole thing back).

Agreement: 30-day-notice for moving out (you or I can initiate this, no reason required) but most girls who move in stay for however long works for them. We tend to get along pretty well around here!

Chores are an expectation (kitchen, bathroom, floors, etc...) and I have a running list already in place for how to help out, and thank you!

Laundry and some limited storage in basement (no garage, sorry). Carport mainly for yard tools and a little bit of sports equipment.

Quick 10-minute commute to downtown Portland, 5 minutes to grocery shopping in Beaverton. 4-minute walk from bus 58 (we are not next to the max train).
