This house was recently remodeled and is open, airy, bright and very spacious (2510 total square feet) with 2 floors of living space and lots of areas to spread out and find focus and quiet. The backyard is huge and very private with raised beds for gardening, fruit trees, patio with table/chairs and shed for extra storage (bikes, misc. gear etc.). The driveway can accommodate 2-3 cars. Also, in front is a beautiful, pillared front porch to sit on and enjoy the fall leaves with a cup of coffee in your hand. There is one shared full bathroom with a jacuzzi style tub.

About neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet with tons of restaurants, cafes, parks, supermarkets (New Seasons, Trader Joes etc), 205 access--ALL a walk or bike ride away. Close to the popular and bustling Division and Hawthorne streets.
