My house is on a friendly, quiet and clean street that is within walking distance to popular Woodstock amenities such as the Library, New Seasons, Trader Joes, Grand Central Bakery, Double Mountain, Shoko Sushi, Delta Café, Safeway, and multiple other coffee houses, restaurants, and shops.

The Tri-Met is close by as is Reed College = approximately 1.5-miles away. The Spring Water Corridor biking / walking trail is less than a mile away.

We have a room for rent in the downstairs of our four bedroom house, available starting August 1st. This is a shared living situation with one mid-twenties cis male going to school and working full time, and one professional early-thirties cis male who works for a software company.



The room is 120 ft2 with a monthly rent of $642 - this does not include utilities (internet, water, gas, electricity, all totaling around $80/person). It is a 12 month lease. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a garden in the back yard. The upstairs is hardwood floors, but the downstairs is wall-to-wall carpeting. There is a full bath downstairs, and a 1.5 bath (sink and shower with a door separating a sink and toilet) upstairs. We use the garage for storage, but there is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood. The common rooms are furnished, but the bedroom is not, although one of the housemates who is leaving has a full-sized bedframe she is willing to sell.



We are looking for someone who is clean and responsible. No smoking or vaping in the house, and no pets or children. Since we both work full-time with different schedules, our goal is to have a housemate meeting once a month to check in with everyone and see if there are any issues that anyone needs have addressed.

It's a 15 minute bus ride to get downtown, and a 10 minute drive to OHSU. Bus times to OHSU can vary, but if you time it right it takes a about 25 minutes door to door.
