using kiln for the first time
Hi there, have been enjoying reading your forum but can't see a solution to my prob as a recent convert from stained glass to fused glass my family bought me a paragon 7 kiln for my bday have got basic firing schedules but instructions say need to fire it before use to dry it out or risk damaging it no idea how any ideas? if this is answered somewhere else i apologise ann |

Hi Annie: What you want to do is just use any of the firing schedules built in or just fire it to about 1500 and hold for 1/2 hour.. that should do it. I usually just fire it on any of the built in schedules like I would be firing it normally. Nothing too scary : ) Nan |
