Great Stuff, But I Don't Always Get It
Just finished reading the comics of genxorcists.com, wonderful material, loved it! I, personally, wish you'd have wrapped up Cain 2 and Elitists before starting a new GenXorcists story but that's a minor quibble. I sure didn't expect you to go Lovecraftian with the religious-themed GenXorcists, Lovecraft and religion tend to exclude each other. I've got some questions about GenXorcists, though. "Kulgogoth" is listed as book 9 of the original GenXorcists but it appears to be an entirely new story. Shouldn't it be the first chapter of "GenXorcists 2"? In "Blasphemous Rumor" the GenXorcists were looking for this reality's Trinity, in "Kulgogoth" Factor and Jay are in Trinity, will you tell how they found it? Fr. Factor says that "all supernatural beings must be purged from Trinity", how come? what did they ever do to him? Supernatural groaties aren't necessarily bad, the other GenXorcists prove that. In "Blasphemous Rumor" how did the the Saviors Of The ****ed know to go to the church where Fr. Factor confronted Odessa Queen? Come to think of it, does "Fr." stand for "Father" or "Friar"? When Odessa Queen meets Zarius, she tells him that Roddy Sinclair told her about Zarius' meeting with Factor but he didn't. What gives? Is the "Zarius" that Factor and Odessa meet at the marina the same Zarius that Odessa writes her letter to? They don't look the same. If it is, how did she find him? Keep up the fabulous work, I especially can't wait to see how "Elitists" ends. |

Wow. It's great that you're so into Genxorcist.com. I'm very glad you're enjoying it. let me see if i can make things a little less confusing. "Kulgogoth" is listed as book 9 of the original GenXorcists but it appears to be an entirely new story. Shouldn't it be the first chapter of "GenXorcists 2"? Actually, "Kulgogoth Shall Rise" is part of the current Genxorcists storyline. You'll see more relations as the Kulgogoth plot progresses. In "Blasphemous Rumor" the GenXorcists were looking for this reality's Trinity, in "Kulgogoth" Factor and Jay are in Trinity, will you tell how they found it? When Father Factor followed Odessa Queen through the portal she opened, it brought him to Trinity. Jay was dropped off in Trinity by Khaballa Jones. Fr. Factor says that "all supernatural beings must be purged from Trinity", how come? what did they ever do to him? Supernatural groaties aren't necessarily bad, the other GenXorcists prove that. Since Trinity is the nexus of great supernatural power Factor seeks to keep that power from being exploited. Most humans don't know this power exists but all supernatural entities do. Factor's simply employing a "scorched earth" policy. He can't tell the "good" entities from the "bad" so they all must go. If the power in Trinity gets into the "wrong hands" all of humanity would suffer. In "Blasphemous Rumor" how did the the Saviors Of The ****ed know to go to the church where Fr. Factor confronted Odessa Queen? Morgan Tarot of the Saviors is a medium and spirits talk. Come to think of it, does "Fr." stand for "Father" or "Friar"? Father Factor is a Catholic Priest. When Odessa Queen meets Zarius, she tells him that Roddy Sinclair told her about Zarius' meeting with Factor but he didn't. What gives? Zarius didn't tell Odessa about his meeting with the GenXoricts because he didn't want Odessa's father, Balthazar, to know about it. Is the "Zarius" that Factor and Odessa meet at the marina the same Zarius that Odessa writes her letter to? They don't look the same. If it is, how did she find him? It’s the same Zarius. Odessa mentions in the letter that she used a tracking spell in the envelope. Hope this helps clears some stuff up for you! |
