Thanks for the inspiration
I just wanted to say "thank you" for your Caine. I was browsing the net and my bookcase for ideas how "my" Caine for Vampire: The Masquerade (an RPG) should be. Not that he ever will occur in person, but I needed some old and cryptic writings describing the terror from nod... Well, the White Wolf (producer of Vampire tM) stuff about Gehenna and Caine sucks big time (personal opinion)`cause they just wanted to stop the series to start a new one, so I was on my own. No fear, there won´t be your Caine stomping through my chronicle, but I really like the way you managed to express the feelings an isolated and lonely Caine might adopt. White Wolf intended Caine to be something like an archaic Terminator. I´d like him to be tragic. Thank you for the inspiration. I also like the comic as a whole a lot. Raven, Thank you for paying me a tremendous compliment. I'm very proud to know that CAIN has inspired someone. I must truly click with role players because another reader has transformed Father Factor into a character in another horror-based campaign. Glad to see my tiny little mythos is finding root in other genres. Thanks again, Raven and please say in touch and let me know how your Caine is evolving. Ren |

Will do. Father Factor truly is good material for RPG Characters, but in Vampire he would be an enemy of the player charakters... So there wouldn´t be much PCs left after a short while ;-) I allready read all CAIN and GENXORCISTS, perhabs I start with ELITISTS today. I haven´t had much interest in super heros so far, perhabs I´m to much of an old "Grufti" (you´d say "Goth") for that. But I´ll give it a try. If there are super heros in Nod there are apparently some details about super heros I havent´noticed yet... |
