I've heard from more than a few undergrads that Sinclair is a complete ass at the campus bars and will try to pick a fight with anyone that even bumps into him. I guess he has to take out his agression on the 120lb. undergrads since he gets his ass handed to him by the players on the other teams.

In a real program, such as Oklahoma, trouble makers are gone. Bob Stoops got rid of a Senior Captain this year after he knocked out a kid in a bar. The action was immediate and clear. That is the kind of action a real coach takes and it makes an impression on the rest of the team.
