I've found a number of movies at iOffer.com. It's usually these less well known sites that have some interesting finds. Can't promise, but you can check. Also, there are a number of boards out there you can leave messages on, and people read them and you would get notified. Other than this, searching the web and chasing down every link. Sometimes video libraries in Europe have titles, too.
