Just saw MR SOFT TOUCH again. Had forgotten what a charming B movie it was. The dialogue is excellent. If Hollywood ever does a remake of MR. SOFT TOUCH, they should not modernize it--keep it in the era of the original.
Better yet, would like to see the negative cleaned up, colorized, and re-released to tv via Turner Classic Movies.
Some other GF movies I would like to see TCM get are: THE MATING OF MILLIE, THE RETURN OF OCTOBER, AND FIGHT LIEUTENANT. Where are you TCM?

Anyone got a copy of this film? 'free movies on DVD' are great for films not on commercial DVD and have lots of Ford films including The Mating of Millie and Return of October but even they don't have Mr Soft Touch.
