I have a speed scoring question.

Here is the scenario:

The game is being played to 15 points with the freeze point at 12.

Team one has 10 points and team two has 7.

Team one wins the rally and gets its 11th point and the serve.

Team one serves and wins the rally, which gives them 12 points, the freeze point.

Team one serves again and once again wins the rally and now they have 13 points.

Team one serves again and this time loses the rally.

Here is my question. Does team two get one final rally point, which would give them 8 and the serve?
