Hi, I am researching my Grandfather's family and know that he was born in Dover in 1896.
His name was Fred Harrod and the family address was 196 Clarendon Place, Dover. His parents had moved south from Freiston in Lincolnshire to work in the Admiralty Works.
Fred later moved his family to Sussex but I am aware of at least one Brother who had a family and two Sisters who survived to adulthood.
If anyone has any knowledge of the Harrod family past and/or present, please get in touch.
