I read your book in less than 3 days. I really enjoyed it. It takes a lot of courage to reveal your inner most thoughts & feelings - especially to the general public. Kudos.
Your story really made me think about how perceptive children are at a very young age - many times more perceptive than the adults surrounding them. That perception is critical when developing one's self.
Although your circumstances led to addiction, I feel that many can benefit from your story. Your book touched on a very important theme - growing up surrounded by circumstances that suffocated your ability to be you & to be in touch with yourself. This can be quite frustrating and damaging.
It was comforting to know that celebrity or not, everyone has to tune into their inner self to naviagte through and ultimately be happy.
