I just wanted to thank you again for attending the walk to promote a greater awareness about the epidemic called HCV . I am an aspiring writer and was deeply moved by your speach and book. I shared , as do many other New Yorkers , a lifestyle of addiction to heroin .Concequently and after many years of sobriety I became HCV positive . I have been treated 4 times unsuccessfully but remain optomistic about the strides in the treatment of Hep C . Once again thanks for becoming a champeon of the HCV cause . Sincerely
