Kayla sang the 1st song I ever wrote in my life at the Thomas A. Dorsey National Convention of Gospel Choirs and Choruses in the early 1980's. The song was entitled "Worthy To Be Praised" at was recorded on Youth Night at the convention. I will never ever forget Mrs. Parker-Tolbert or the wonderful job she did on not only my first composition but also the 1st song I wrote that was ever recorded. Rest in peace, Kayla. You blessed so many people while you lived here on earth. Now you bless the presence of our Father in Heaven.
