Entries should have the full name, age and school or organisation (such as a brownie or cub pack) of the entrant, as well as a parent’s name, phone number and address.

The competition entries need to be sent to Maidenhead Advertiser, 48 Bell Street, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 1HX.

The closing date for entries will be Tuesday, November 4, and judging will take place soon after.
