A little help...

I've just bought a new cab and head to begin 2008 with a much better tone! However, I'm desperate to fit some chrome P-Bass volume and tone controls to replace the black plastic jazz ones I currently have on my bass.
You would not belive how much trouble I'm having the right ones online! (The type with the grub screw,) and my local music retailers aren't willing to buy spares!
I'm also looking for a clear pickguard. I would just pull the white one I currently have now off, but owing to the construction of my bass this would leave exposed wires, which i don't mind being on show, but I don't want them to get damaged.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
Thanks in advance guys,

Tom x x

Hi Tom! Nice to hear from you! The Gekko sounds terrific, Testify rocks large! {myspace.com/thegekko}

Regarding parts, I know nada, and you probably checked these sites already, but perhaps you can contact any or all of them for info or special order:

AND of course there is always eBay.

Great luck with the upcoming CD, Tom!

Re: A little help...

Is ebay an option for you?

If not, how bout GC?

Each company should also have pickguards.

Re: A little help...

Could this be of any help...?

http://www.warmoth.com/hardware/parts/parts.cfm?fuseaction=include_knobs.

Bought my fretless "62' jazz-neck" from them btw and it works just fine.

Hey, why don't you make your own pickguard? I made mine and I haven't seen one like it. Ö

Good luck,
Örjan
