Hi Ingrid,i've heard that Jaco's bass that was stolen long time ago is back,is it true?i've read something about it on the internet,but it didnt say who had it all this time,do you know???

I cannot confirm that Jaco's basses were stolen, if they were it happened while Jaco was alive, but I never heard about that, yet that doesn't mean it didn't happen. If they were stolen after he passed away, then I don't know who stole them from whom.
The fretted was sold in 2001 via eBay.

The fretless apparently came to the surface at the end of 2007 and is in this month's issue of Bassplayer Mag.
