It was mentioned in one of the threads, but it's too shocking and tragic news to just leave it there as a side note. Svensson was the leader of EST, one of the most exciting jazz trio's I ever heard. Just bought their album 'Live in Hamburg' and it's all there: the excitement, the dynamics, the innovations.

RIP Esbjorn, you will be missed.

There was a concert with e.s.t. broadcasted a couple of days after his death, but other than that I haven't seen that much have been written about him other than in music-related magasins.
