CORRECTION:
"Ms. Chan is mistaken. The performance that Manhattan Transfer joined Weather Report on Birdland was in 1982. It was not Jaco and Peter Erskine, it was the Hakim, Bailey, and Rossy version of the band. That performance was released on an album called In Performance at the Playboy Jazz Festival."
