I checked around to see if this is a legal release (non-bootleg) but there is not much info out there. The cover is somewhat close to the most recent b&w covers from the Rockpalast series (http://www.rockpalastarchiv.de/dvd.html - scroll down to Roy Buchanan), but that is not saying much.
