I know Jaco was a big Beatles fan.
I wondered, and this is probably a silly question, whether Jaco ever met one of the Beatles. Lennon as he lived in NY or McCartney as a fellow Bass player? Just wondering ...
Not a silly question, wish I had a good answer. I don't know if Jaco ever spent time with any of the Beatles, I never heard it said, but again, that doesn't mean he hasn't, I just don't know. Most likely if he had, someone might have already mentioned it by now. Sure would be a cool thing. For some reason I do think that they might know about him. :) Cool thought, eh?
