Count us in. Will give the lads/lasses a chance to meet up out of season with there mates in a safe envirnoment and have a bit of fun.
But more improtantly gives us as parents a chance to meet up with our mates for a beer without the need to worry about driving home.
Great idea, see you there

This looks like a great idea, mentioned it to the wider family and now their kids want to come too.
Well done for organising.

Campers are starting to send thier Money in to secure thier pitch, thank you to those that have.
If you have signalled your intention to attend the Camp but have not yet paid your money, please get your payment in ASAP as we need to start preparing for Food, Drink etc.
Whilst we have had a good response from potential campers, we have not had many volunteers to run/ref any of the weekends events...this would be most welcome and very much appreciated...please do reply to this post &/or email to let us know if you can help out. (No one can be over or under qualified to run/ref an event so don't be shy!!!)
Looking forward to it
Thanks, Biggy Minis
Rugby Club: Biggy Minis
I'll help out on anything just let me know! Not cleaning the toilets though!

Just to let you know I will get my money in as soon as possible.
Really looking forward to it, great idea, should be loads of fun.
Using the long-term weather checker "Metcheck" it's currently showing Friday 13th to be Sunny with a 0% to 1% chance of cloud.
Saturday 14th is showing Sunny with max 3% chance of cloud.
Sunday looks to be similar to Saturday...
Please all keep making those sacrifices to the weather gods to keep this picture...
See you all on the 13th/14th/15th...Bring your Suncream!!!

We'll look to issue a checklist of suggested essential items for all Campers by the end of this week. (Torches, Sleeping Bags etc)
We will also want to let the officials at the club know just how many have confirmed so we can prepare for catering/drinks etc.
As always, once your payments in, you are confirmed.
Thanks, Mark
Rugby Club: Biggleswade

Camping guidelines and checklists should hopefully be issued tomorrow.
Additionally watch this space for the detailed planned itinerary for both Saturday and Sunday which will show events and exact timings of the organised games etc to be held (subject to weather and numbers etc) - please note that we would really welcome day-visitors to attend and take part in the various activities as well if they are unable to actually Camp.
Thanks, Mark
Rugby Club: Biggleswade
Is it possible that families from other parts of the club (not Minis) can join in, either camping or as day visitors?
Although this is being organised by the Minis section, EVERYONE from the Club is very welcome to attend both as Campers and Day-Visitors...
The more the merrier
Thanks, Mark Satterthwaite
Rugby Club: Biggy Minis
With only a week to go until the camping this week will be the last opportunity to get those final camping bits and get the money to Lisa.
If you can only make some of the day rather than the whole weekend we would love to see you. I know some can only camp on one night and some are using this as a lads & dads camping experience with the rest of the family joining during the day. I am guessing this is weather dependent. Whatever you managed we look forward to seeing you. Plus the bar is open all weekend!
Also a chance for the kids to wear all their favourite rugby shirts whether it is Biggleswade, Sarries or Saint or even England & and for those with no ambition for their children they could even where their Leinster top!
See you next week
