39 children attended the Saracens skills course at Biggy over the past 2 days which includes players from many other local clubs. The days were split into 'pods' where the players were taught different skills. Saracens 20 year old prop forward Nick Auterac (England U16 & England U18) attended and held an impromptu Q & A session with the youngest age group.
The coaching staff awarded 'Player of the Day' to the player who had shown most improvement and in their opinion offered the most promise.
The winner on day 1 was Eldon Craven from Langford who plays for Biggy U8s.
The winner on day 2 was Sophie Shams who plays for Dubai Exiles at U13 level and is over to the UK for the summer and has been to four skills camps already!
As ever, it would not have been possible to run the course without the help of volenteers, thanks go to Karen for preparing the meals and to Joel and Louise for helping serve them.
