Malaysia Airlines Jakarta Office

Hello, My mom had a good experience at the Malaysia Airlines Jakarta Office. The staff was respectful and helped her with the ticketing process quickly. They gave her clear information about baggage policies and flight changes, and she enjoyed their patience in answering her questions. The office was kept up nicely, so she felt comfortable during her visit. All in all, she was happy with the service.
