locating our grandson and nephew--we need a good Montana Lawyer

Our nephew/grandson has been removed from the state and placed in both Galena Ridge and Mountain Meadow near Trout Montana. He is soon to be 17 come Dec. 19th. Once his dad died (our son/brother) his mother has continuously moved him around and prevents us from any contact with him. We are a good, professional and loving family and any one of us would gladly welcome him into our own homes and get him involved in meaningful activities and trade schools.
She enrolled him in Job Corps but he got himself kicked out so she flew him back out to Montana (from Chicago without our knowledge) and left him at a homeless shelter. Once she found out we were trying to get him limited emancipation she has moved him again--our state lawyer can only do so much--please, aren't there any good lawyers out in Montana who can get our son/nephew back to us?
