Larry ,not quite sure what you were in sort of sounded like it could be Marines, but if its Army, I worked with an Ed Smith for about 40 years who is a Nam vet. Not sure exactly when he was there, he never really talked about it much. Didn't seem to bother him so he didn't bring it up much. He still works there, he's about 61, 5'8", had light brown hair, course now its getting pretty grey. Friendly, funny guy. Had a bunch of brothers and sisters. Always lived in Philly.
