Hi everyone,

It's that time of year again! Planning has started for the Cookham Summer Scout Fair and we would love to see you! Saturday 20th June from 11-4pm.

This event is run by volunteers and supports this great kids group (Explorers, Scouts, Cubs, Beavers). The stalls we had last year provided tasty food, great gifts, treats for kids and more!

We will also have our famous dog show (pending heat waves) and fabulous line up of local bands and kids singing groups running throughout the day. The new configuration worked well having seating near the music stage and beer/refreshments tent.

The cost of a single pitch is £20 for charity stalls, £20 for art/crafts stalls or £40 for commercial stalls. Stalls are approximately 4m x 4m. A standard gazebo is 3m x 3m. We do NOT provide gazebos and tables.

Please let us know what you intend to have at your stall, so we don't put 2 stalls of the same type next to each other. Also, please note what the kids groups are already providing for stall activities. The scout groups will be running the following stalls: Tombola, face painting, football/rugby games stalls, hanging bar challenge, coconut shy, ergo and other fun games for all to enjoy.
