Top chefs and street food stalls announced for Pub in the Park 2026

Pub in the Park has released its 2026 menu line-up for the May festival in Higginson Park this year – offering everything from pub classics to global street food.

Top chefs such as Raymond Blanc, Atul Kochhar, Si King, James Martin, Tommy Banks and Candice Brown will be there, alongside some Pub in the Park newcomers.

The newcomers include Temper, Oxmoor Farm, Six by Nico, Sticky Mango and Tommy’s Pie Shop.

This year, each chef has created a ‘pub special’, such as a lamb pepper masala from Kanishka by Atul Kochhar.

Head to The Oarsman for a fish finger katsu slider – or if you prefer a fish supper made with Shetland cod, visit Six by Nico.

Visit Rick Stein for a tempura soft shell crab burger with Singapore chilli sauce or get a lamb shoulder roulade from The George & Dragon.

Meanwhile, Temper steak restaurant will be offering its ‘three beast feast’ which includes halal beef side, lamb shoulder and pork belly.

Oxmoor Farm will be offering venison braised in Rebellion IPA, while Sticky Mango will be serving lobster and pork belly crispy spring rolls and Indonesian beef shin rendang.

Other stand out dishes include Abbey Inn (by Tommy Banks)’ pulled lamb bao and a vadouvan (French curry) potato pie from Tommy’s Pie Shop.

On the menu at The Green Man is British pulled pork and fried pheasant.

Plant-based foodies are also catered for this year.

Sticky Mango is offering spiced roast cauliflower in green curry sauce, while Ginger Wings will be serving birria-spiced buffalo cauliflower.

Meanwhile, Kanishka will be dishing up Bombay pav bhaji – an iconic street food consisting of spiced mashed vegetables.

Every restaurant will have a children’s dish too. These smaller portions include the ‘Little Yorkie’ wrap from The Star Inn and a crispy chicken bao bun from Sticky Mango.

Pub in the Park 2026 is set for May 14 in Higginson Park, Marlow. Prices for standard tickets start from £47.

Included in the platinum tickets is a Beefy Boys exclusive BBQ platter featuring an aged beef slider made with a 40-day aged beef patty.
