From 13 July to 13 September 2026, a vibrant herd of beautifully designed elephant sculptures will take over streets, parks and public spaces across the region as part of Trunks across the Thames, the first-ever public art trail from Thames Hospice. The free, family-friendly trail will feature 30 large elephant sculptures brought to life by talented artists from across the UK, alongside more than 60 smaller elephants created by local schools and community groups. Together, they will transform familiar places into an unforgettable outdoor gallery, encouraging residents and visitors alike to explore, discover and connect.
