I'm trying to locate my natural Maltese father who was living in London in 1964 and left here shortly before I was born in 1965. My mother has provided me with photos says she believes he is now living back in Malta. His name is Frank Zammit and I wondered if there might be a Maltese Database or Electoral register that I could search for further information.
