I am visiting Malta in January 08 and am trying to find out what I can about my Dad who was stationed in Malta with the Royal Artillery during most of the war. He told of a trip that he made just before dying where he found a memorial in a church near Tigne Barracks to the rest of his crew (he was, I think) the only survivor. He was there for the 50th Anniversary and laid a wreath on November 11th. Sadly he died a month later.
He worked on an AcAc(?)gun at Tigne Point.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
