Choosing the Right 座枱燈 for My Study Room

Hi everyone,

I'm in the market for a new table lamp (座枱燈) for my study room. I need something that provides good lighting for reading and working on my computer. I've heard that LED lamps are energy-efficient, but I'm unsure if they provide the right kind of light for long hours of study.

Should I look for lamps with adjustable brightness and color temperature? Also, are there any specific brands or models you would recommend? Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!
