Fitness is necessary for living a purposeful life

I was living a beautiful stress-free life and then all of sudden my mother passed away. I was so attached to her. I started having panic attacks and lost my inner peace. My health was falling day by day and I was unable to perform my responsibilities. So I decided to focus on my Fitness and then I started my Yoga journey to get peace in my life back and to handle my loss with dignity. And believe me, if you have a trustworthy and well-reputed personal Yoga trainer it will be best as he can help you coping all your stress to focus on your real goals in life. Now I am content and have settled with my life. Have you ever experience such crises?
