Jaguar Paw Cave Tubing, Zipline, and Atv Buggy

This was a cruise excursion that was worth every penny. Our visit included the side by side buggies, ziplining and cave tubing/excursion. A word of warning, you WILL get muddy when riding the ATV/buggies. Riding the trails had you splashing through deep puddles and sliding in mud. We were in a party of six vehicles, so you could only go as fast as the person in front of you but you could put enough distance between you so you could drive a reasonable speed to get a good spray of mud. The ziplining did require a hike with a lot of steps to get to the first platform but no stairs after that. It was a nice view through and over the trees and there are employees on each platform that hook & unhook you so no experience is necessary. The cave tubing does require water shoes. Our guide was very knowledgeable, we had a party of six and were hooked together with a rope while our guide pulled us through the cave. The guide was pointing out different formations throughout the cave with his flashlight and we also had head lamps that you used to illuminate different things. At one point we got off the tubes to walk around an area of the cave and then you had an option to either free swim to the exit or use your tube to get to the exit. A delicious lunch was also included but they did have a bar and food area there where you can purchase beer and food items. This excursion was a good hour ride to and from the port but our amazing guide, Bruce, made the time fly by. He kept us entertained by pointing out different landmarks and telling us some history of Belize. He also made sure everyone was aware of the process once we got to Jaguar Paw. This excursion did last about 6+ hours but was a really fun time.
